Registration for Food Hunt Partner Event

Please read the following carefully before participating in FOODHUNT 2014 Event (henceforth referred to as “the Event”):

1. FOODHUNT 2014 Event is organised by TRANSITION SYSTEMS PTE LTD (henceforth known as “the Company”).

2. Please take note that you are strongly advised not to participate in the Event, if you are suffering from any disabilities, medical conditions. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.

3. I understand that I am participating in this Event voluntarily at my own risk. I confirm that I am not suffering from any medical conditions; eg but not limited to any: disabilities, hypertension, pregnant or poor eyesight etc, which may make it unsafe for me to participate in the event. I also undertake that I will not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol while participating in the Event.

4. I will comply with all safety guidelines, requirements and instructions and rules as given by official personnel in connection to the Event.

5. I agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not make any claim against the Company or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, death, personal injury, disease, illness and/or property damage arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event.

6. I undertake to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless to the Company and all its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from all losses and/or threatened losses under third party claims, demands, actions or threat of action, legal cost and expenses howsoever arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event.

7. I assign all rights, interests and consents to the Company, their agents or contractors in using, reproducing and/or publishing any images taken of me or provided by me in connection with the Event in any manner without compensation.

8. All matters arising from or in connection with the content herein shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. The content herein shall be binding on my estate, heirs, executors and assigns.
